At Diamond Beauty Hair Extensions, orders are processed within 2-5 business days, and you will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. We offer Standard Shipping (3-5 business days), Expedited Shipping (1-3 weeks, and Overnight Shipping (1 business day) for Canada wide orders on some products. International shipping rates vary based on location. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout, as we are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect information. For international orders, customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted areas is not available at this time. If your package is missing or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
